A little Mindful Monday Motivation! It's #MarchMatness month!

The The Single Leg Stretch is a Pilates essential and these ladies are making it look like a lot of fun!!
This exercise strengthens the abdominal muscles, stabilizes the spine and helps build strength in the torso while improving your endurance & coordination! The single leg stretch is  part of the well known Ab Series of Five! Breaking it down and focusing on each part of the series is a great way to focus and not rush through the movements.
