Instead get your cores warmed up and working because the snow is coming and that means the dreaded snow shoveling is upon us!! Give your arms, legs and back a break by remembering your pilates principles and working from your center outward! Tonight in class we will focus on hip and core stabilizers plus we will get our shoulders ready for the heavy snow that's on it's way.
